Maggi Diet – Daily Menu (4 weeks)

Maggi Diet Rules

  1. Don’t go on a sudden diet, start preparing 1 week in advance.Eliminate foods high in carbohydrates and replace them with protein foods.
  2. The method involves three meals a day, and not everyone can handle such a load.If it gets difficult, drink a glass of low-fat kefir.
  3. Protein foods dehydrate tissues, negatively impacting the kidneys in particular and the body as a whole.Therefore, take 1.5-2 liters per day.Filter the water.
  4. Maintain dietary hygiene, i.e. do not eat before going to bed.Make sure you eat your last meal at least 4 hours before resting.
  5. The meal is quite bland, but you can diversify it with various spices.Be careful with them as the spices can whet your appetite.
  6. As for physical activity, it must be kept to a minimum.1-2 moderately intense workouts per week is enough.

The third day

  1. Tuna juice (80 g), yuzu, hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Meat cubes stewed in sour cream (200 g), steamed vegetables (100 g).
  3. Grilled or steamed fish (100 g), apple, grapefruit.

Day 4

  1. Fry zucchini (160 g), eggs (2) in a dry frying pan.
  2. Stew turkey cubes (150 g), tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers.
  3. Steamed chicken steak (3 pieces), grapefruit.

On the fourth day of the Maggi diet, you can drink kefir and chopped dill before bed.This cocktail is available on daily menus, but you shouldn't be obsessed with it due to its laxative effect.

fifth day

  1. Ryazhenka contains flaxseeds (0.2 liters), boiled eggs (2 pieces).
  2. Grilled fish, poultry or meat (180 g), stewed vegetables in sauce (160 g).
  3. Rabbit with Sour Cream (150g), Chuka Salad (60g), Vegetables with Lemon Sauce (120g).

The sixth day

  1. Broccoli and cauliflower (130g each), grapefruit.
  2. Stewed meat cubes (180g), fried eggs (2 pieces), cucumbers, bell peppers and tomatoes.
  3. Low-fat fermented baked milk (100 ml), add chopped dill, boil chicken (180 g).

Day 7

  1. Zucchini, green beans, chicken, bell pepper stew (250g).
  2. Grilled fish fillet, boiled eggs (2), bell pepper, cucumber.
  3. Grapefruit, pears, apples, lean fish/meat (200 g).

Week 2

Day 7

Week 3
